The Walsh Jesuit Warriors have through the first half of the High School Football season with a record of 3-1.

This week, the Warriors are on the road, not to another high school in Northeast Ohio, but to Buffalo, New York to take on Canisius High School Saturday afternoon.

In the most recent Ohio HIgh School Athletic Asssociation Computer Ratings, Walsh Jesuit is rated number 5 in Division Two, Region Five.

Following Saturday afternoon's game, the road gets tougher for Walsh Jesuit as they will take on arch-rival Hoban at Dowed Stadium on Friday October 7th. The following week, the Warriors will play Benedictine at Walsh Jesuit High School on Friday October 14th.

Warriors head coach Gerry Rardin says his team has fared very well in playing close games against their opponents.

The Warriors will close out the regular season of their high school football season against Padua Franciscan and NDCL.
