Nick Laham/Getty Images for NASCAR(INDIANAPOLIS) -- NASCAR Nationwide driver Brad Keselowski took home the checkered flag in Saturday’s inaugural running of the Indiana 250 at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

The 28-year-old Keselowski sped to victory lane when Elliott Sadler was penalized on Lap 83 for going too early on a restart.

Danica Patrick, making her return to the Brickyard for the first time since leaving the Indy Car series, finished in 35th. Her day ended early after she crashed into Reed Sorenson on Lap 39.

Sam Hornish Jr. finished in second followed by Ty Dillon, Denny Hamlin and Austin Dillion.
