National Basketball Association(NEW YORK) -- The San Antonio Spurs are reportedly bringing back two crucial role players, agreeing to deals with both Danny Green and Boris Diaw.

Sam Amick of Sports Illustrated is reporting that Green has signed a three-year, $12 million contract to stay in San Antonio. Green was a restricted free agent so he had the right to sign with any other team, but the Spurs had the option to match any team's offer. In his second season with the Spurs, Green averaged 9.1 points and 3.4 rebounds per game off the bench.

Diaw became a valuable contributor once the Spurs picked up him up from the Charlotte Bobcats. The 30-year-old Diaw played 20 games with the Spurs, making seven starts with the team. Diaw has agreed to a two-year deal worth $9 million. He averaged 4.7 points and 4.2 rebounds during his time with the Spurs.

Green and Diaw helped take the Spurs to the Western Conference Finals this past season.
