Chris Graythen/Getty Images(FORT WORTH, Texas) -- IndyCar driver Justin Wilson took home the checkered flag in Saturday night’s running of the Firestone 550 at the Texas Motor Speedway.

Starting from 17th position, Wilson overtook Graham Rahal on Lap 226 of 228, when Rahal brushed into the wall on Turn 4.

“When I saw him brush the wall, that's when I really knew we had a chance to pull this off,” Wilson said. ” I passed him coming out of two. I was actually sideways myself because of that, had to lift, tighten my line. It was getting pretty loose.”

Rahal finished in second with Ryan Briscoe coming home in third.
