The Cleveland Indians (21-16) bombarded the Seattle Mariners (16-23), 9-3.

The Tampa Bay Rays (24-14) one upped the Boston Red Sox (17-20), 2-1.

The Toronto Blue Jays (20-18) downed the New York Yankees (20-17), 8-1.

The Texas Rangers (24-14) lassoed the Oakland Athletics (17-20), 4-1.

The Minnesota Twins (11-26) tamed the Detroit Tigers (18-19), 11-7.
