The Seattle Mariners (11-10) outlasted the Toronto Blue Jays (10-10), in ten innings, 9-5.

The Boston Red Sox (9-10) pounded the Chicago White Sox (10-10), 10-3.

NL: The Chicago Cubs (7-13) clipped the Philadelpha Phillies (9-11), 5-1.

The Houston Astros (8-12) ripped the Cincinnati Reds (9-11), 6-4.

The Arizona Diamondbacks (10-10) shut out the Miami Marlins (7-12), 5-0.

The Atlanta Braves (13-7) popped the Pittsburgh Pirates (8-11), 6-1.

The St. Louis Cardinals (13-7) crushed the Milwaukee Brewers (9-11), 13-1.
