BananaStock/Thinkstock(TAMPA BAY, Fla.) -- The Tampa Bay Rays and Matt Moore, one of the team's top pitching prospects, have agreed to a five-year deal worth $14 million.

Moore, who made his major league debut this past season and also pitched in the playoffs against the Texas Rangers, dominated during his time in the minors in 2011, going 12-3 with a 1.92 ERA in Double-A and Triple-A.
