The green and gold will be looking to become just the eighth team in NFL history to start the year 13-0.
“We are a playoff team,” Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers said. “Right now we are playing for home field advantage. We know we are going to host at least one playoff game. We would like to make sure we can get that first round bye for some rest.”
The Packers are on a 18 game-winning-streak which is tied for second longest in NFL history.
“We are ingrain to stay focused on the week at hand,” Rodgers said. “I think that Mike [McCarthy] does a great job with the schedule, making sure we stay on similar schedule with our bodies.”
The 28-year-old Rodgers has been on fire this season, leading the league in touchdowns thrown with 37.
Kickoff is set for 4:15 p.m. EST.
