The Walsh-Salem scores last night were (16-25, 25-12, 25-21, 14-25 and 15-10). Salem was with the 6th rated team in the state of Ohio in Division II. Lake Catholic advanced to the 2 pm Saturday at Stow High School final by beating Buckeye Local (25-19, 25-14, 25-14). The Warriors (17-10) relied on their four seniors, Allison Foschia, Jacqui Endre, Bridget Gilligan and Katie Meyer to help win the fifth and deciding set. Foschia says the Warriors were focused on winning the fifth and deciding set. Salem ends their season with a mark of 23-4.
