Indians Host Boston After Explosions

The storyline of Indians Manager Terry Francona facing his former team for the first time in Tuesday night's game against the Red Sox has been heavily overshadowed.

It will be the first game for Boston since the explosions that marred the Boston Marathon on Monday, the Red Sox had wrapped up their traditional Patriot's Day game at Fenway Park hours before the blasts occurred. The park is also miles from the finish line of the race.

On WAKR's Ray Horner Morning Show, tribe Vice-President Bobby DiBiasio said they will hold a moment of silence for their counterparts prior to the first pitch.

In terms of security, Bobby-D says safety is always at the top of their list when it comes to a fan's experience at the ball park.

He does mention they do not release what the team does exactly, for safety purposes. Their security protocols do include exercises on a regular basis.
