GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) -- Former Green Bay Packers Coach Mike Holmgren will be inducted into the team's Hall of Fame this summer.
The 63-year-old is currently the team president for the Cleveland Browns.
Holmgren was hired in 1992 and led the Packers to a 75-37 regular-season record in seven years. The seven consecutive winning seasons remains the longest such streak in team history since the 1970s.
The Green Bay Press-Gazette reports (http://gbpg.net/xSCV7E ) Holmgren will be the lone inductee at the banquet July 21.
Former Green Bay Packers President Bob Harlan says Holmgren brought to the Packers a great offensive mind and leadership ability. He says he also knew how to control Brett Favre, which wasn't always easy to do.
