  CUYAHOGA FALLS, Ohio – What happens when the fill-in coach needs a fill-in?  If it’s the Cuyahoga Falls pole vault team, they call Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy coach Jeff Sprague. After Black Tigers pole vault coach Mike Wirick learned he was being sent to Afghanistan for his second deployment with the National Guard, Cuyahoga Falls hired former Black Tiger vaulter Erin Childers and Tom Taylor to replace Wirick.   But on Saturday, neither coach was available for the Woodridge Wrap-Up Invitational.    Childers was at Austintown-Fitch with the girls track and field team, and Taylor, a fireman, was unavailable.
