WIND TECH JACKETS
DETAILS: Cub Scout Wind Tech jackets imported by Boy Scouts of America, of Charlotte, N.C.; sold at Boy Scouts of America retail outlets nationwide and online at http://www.scoutstuff.org from November 2009 through July 2011. The blue jackets are nylon with a polyester lining, long-sleeve, with a full zipper front and a Cub Scout wolf head emblem embroidered on the upper left chest. The jackets were manufactured in China.
WHY: The jackets have retractable cords with toggles at the hood/neck area and at the waist, which can pose a strangulation or entrapment hazard to children.
INCIDENTS: None reported.

GLASS BOWLS
DETAILS: Fantasy glass bowls imported by Libbey Glass Inc., of Toledo, Ohio; sold at Libbey Outlet stores, Home Outfitters and to commercial customers for use in foodservice establishments nationwide from August 2010 through September 2011. The Fantasy glass bowls sold with a lop-sided shape with one side taller than the other. The 8.5 ounce bowls are made of clear, colorless glass. The bowls were manufactured in China.
WHY: The glass bowl can break when subjected to sudden temperature changes or impact, posing a laceration hazard.
INCIDENTS: The firm has received one report of a glass bowl breaking while being washed in a commercial dishwasher. No injuries were reported.
HOW MANY: About 16,600 in the United States and 2,000 in Canada.
