LOGAN, Ohio (AP) -- The state fire marshal's office is looking for two women who witnessed a house fire where a man died in southeast Ohio.

Witnesses told state and local fire investigators that two women were in the front yard of the home in Logan just after the fire broke out Sunday and before firefighters arrived. A release from the state fire marshal's office says the women were heard screaming and alerting neighbors to the fire before leaving the scene.

A man believed to be in his early 60s died in the fire. The cause of the fire has not been determined.

Investigators say the two women could have information that could help with the investigation, but are not considered suspects.
