TOLEDO, Ohio (AP) -- Authorities are conducting a full-scale disaster drill exercise at a northwest Ohio airport.

Officials at the Toledo Express Airport will host the drill Wednesday night to test emergency response. Fifteen agencies are scheduled to participate.

The drill will include a mock scenario requiring emergency personnel to transport injured plane victims to a nearby hospital.

The Federal Aviation Administration requires airports to have an emergency response plan that coordinates with local law enforcement, rescue and firefighting agencies. They must run through the plan every three years.

Officials say the drill will not disrupt air travel.
