COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) -- Officials say a tractor-trailer crash on a ramp closed a connection between two major highways in downtown Columbus, disrupting travel for thousands of drivers during the morning rush hour.
The crash occurred before 3 a.m. Wednesday on a ramp from southbound Interstate 71 to eastbound Interstate 70, closing that section of highway for hours.
Police told The Columbus Dispatch one person was taken to a hospital in serious condition. No further information about the crash was immediately released.
