HAMILTON, Ohio (AP) -- Authorities say an Ohio man died after a dump truck he owned fell backward, crushing him while he worked at a concrete company.

Butler County Coroner's office investigator Clint Nigg says Friday's death of 68-year-old James Rolfert of Colerain Township in southwest Ohio appears to have been an accident.

The Middletown Journal reports ( http://bit.ly/JeIjRu ) that the bed of the dump truck Rolfert owned and operated was raised in the dump position and then fell on him at Baxter Precast concrete company in Hamilton.

Local police and federal safety and health officials are investigating.
