Wright State beats Central Michigan 60-42

DAYTON, Ohio (AP) -- Vance Hall led three players in double figures as Wright State beat Central Michigan 60-42 on Thursday night.

Julius Mays recorded 12 points and six assists while Reggie Arceneaux chipped in with 11 points.

Central Michigan (5-8) led 19-17 before Cole Darling knocked down a 3-pointer to help Wright State take the lead for good. The Raiders closed the first half on a 15-3 run and outscored the Chippewas 28-19 in the second half.

Wright State (6-8) shot 45.8 percent (22 of 48) from the field compared to 34.8 percent (16 of 46) for Central Michigan. The Raiders hit 40.9 percent (9 of 22) of their shots from 3-point range.

Central Michigan outscored Wright State 24-10 in the paint but the Raiders scored 26 points off turnovers compared to just eight for the Chippewas.

Wright State's bench contributed 23 points while Central Michigan's added just eight.
