An elderly woman was last listed in critical condition at a Cleveland hospital following a fire at her Twinsburg apartment.

Twinsburg firefighters say smoke was coming from a first floor apartment on Ravenna Road and they found the woman inside the front door.  She was unconscious then, but regained consciousness on the way to the Cleveland Clinic.  She was later flown to another facility.

Firefighters from four other departments were called for help.  The fire started in the kitchen, but the cause is still under investigation.
