A stolen car out of a Cuyahoga Falls car dealership was found after a traffic stop Monday.
After Akron police stopped Erika P. N. Young-Thomas, 26, of Akron for a traffic violation, they noticed a dealer plate on the vehicle that was reported stolen from Ron Marhofer Nissan.
Both Thomas and the passenger, Kevin T. Cherry, 28, were arrested for receiving stolen property and obstructing official business.
Cherry ran from police and then gave officers a false name. He also had an active warrant out for his arrest.
Two Akron teens were arrested for stealing a teacher's car at East High School on Friday.
Police say Justin T. Meyers and Rashaun M. Payne, both 18, stole the car from the school parking lot after taking the car keys from a teacher's coat.
Both teens were caught on video and have been charged with auto theft.
