Authorities pick up two suspects in a Portage County burglary.
Portage County Sheriff deputies arrested Loudean Strong, 36, of Ravenna, and William Hawkins, 29, of Streetsboro, on charges of breaking and entering, a fifth degree felony.
Early Wednesday morning, deputies say they responded to a burglary alarm at a home in the 4000 block of State Route 82 in Mantua Township. The two suspects were first spotted inside the garage before they ran into the woods nearby.
Deputies and K-9 units found the suspects hiding in a wooded area with possessions from the home.
Both are sitting in the Portage County Jail and will be arraigned Thursday afternoon.
