A 19-year old Akron man is in police custody after leading cops on a chase, when they pulled him over for a window tint violation.

Jermaine Bailey Jr. of Roslyn Avenue was charged with failure to comply with the order of a police officer, and obstructing official business.

Pursuing officers say Bailey ran stop signs and went left of center several times before crashing his car into a tree. He ran from the scene and was arrested a short distance away.
