Several homes were struck by bullets in three separate incidents within 24 hours in Akron.
Akron police said they received the first report early Wednesday around 3:30 a.m. in the 500 block of Wyandot Avenue.
A resident told police that someone fired several shots striking her home and vehicle.
No suspects have been identified in the shooting.
About 9 hours later, officers found two homes struck by bullets in the 900 block of Bacon Avenue.
A resident told police the suspect was firing at another man near the area. Officers found the suspect a short time later carrying a .22 caliber gun on Copley Road.
Maurice M. Arnold, 19, of Grand Avenue was charged with carrying a concealed weapon and booked into the Summit County Jail.
Police responded to another call early Thursday morning around 2:30 a.m. A resident woke up to the sound of gunshots fired at their home in the 400 block of Rexford Street.
No injuries were reported in the shootings.
