An investigation is underway into who abandoned a burning car after crashing it into a building in Nimishillen Township.
News Channel 5 reports firefighters arrived to the building in the 5200 block of Louisville Street where they battled the blaze that fully engulfed the car.
Stark County Sheriff Deputies say the crash may have been a robbery attempt after they noticed the building is about 300 feet off the main road.
Police are attempting to locate the owner to determine whether the car was stolen or if the owner is responsible.
The building sustained smoke and water damage.
