A hearing held Monday in Summit County Juvenile Court didn't decide whether 15-year old D'Marques Jones will be tried as an adult for the rape and murder of his three-year old half sister, Makayla Jones.
More evidence is being submitted and that means the probable cause hearing will be continued until April 23rd before Summit County Juvenile Court Judge Linda Teodosio .
The hearing was held on the Summit County Prosecutor's office formal request to have Jones tried as an adult. He was charged after DNA and other evidence led police to him as the prime suspect in her death last June.
