A Lima woman who was found guilty of felonious assault last month for not disclosing her HIV status will be spending some time in prison.
Summit County Prosecutors said Monday Kelly Bean will be spending the next eight years in prison for not telling two men she had sex with that she was HIV positive before having sex with them.
Bean was sentenced by visiting judge Robert Brown.
She was found guilty February 8.

A 48-year-old Lima woman was found guilty in Summit County court Friday of felonious assault for not disclosing her HIV status.
Prosecutors said the charges stemmed from Kelly Bean not telling two men she had sex with that she was HIV positive before having sex with them
Bean will be sentenced by visiting judge Robert Brown on March 11 at 8:30 a.m.
An Akron man has been found guilty in the murder of his boyhood friend.
Summit County prosecutors say 28-year old Christopher Meadows was found guilty of Murder and Felonious Assault charges in the death of his friend Tramein Walker.
Judge Tom Parker immediately sentenced Meadows to life in prison. Meadows will be eligible for parole in 2027.
In December of last year, Meadows got into an argument with Walker on Roselle Avenue.He then shot Walker twice, once in the back and once in the leg. Walker later died of his injuries.
Meadows was arrested for the crime shorlty thereafter in December.
An Akron man has been found guilty in connection with a shooting last October.
Summit County Prosecutors announced 24-year old Raymond D. Bushner was found guilty of felonious assault among other charges for shooting a 43-year old man in the chest following an argument Halloween weekend at his girlfriend's apartment on Eastgay Ave. The man survived the shooting.
Akron Police arrested Bushner in November of 2011 when they responded to a 911 call saying Bushner was assaulting his girlfriend.
During the trial, Bushner's girlfriend testified that he called her and intimidated her into changing her story in response to testimony provided by the State's witnesses.
He will be sentenced May 29.
