The City of Akron joins the ranks of Forbes.com's Most Miserable Cities in the U.S. While the rubber city found itself at #12 on the list in 2010, this year, it's a little better.
Forbes.com cites Akron's vacant "3,000 properties currently on the Akron Service Department's list of problem homes" to list it at #14 in 2011.
America's Most Miserable Cities:
1. Miami, Florida.
2. Detroit, Michigan.
3. Flint, Michigan.
4. West Palm Beach, Florida.
5. Sacramento, California.
Cleveland swooped in to take over the #12 spot, falling from #10 in 2010.
