A 54-year old Akron man passed out behind the wheel of his car at Hillside Terrace and Eastwood Avenue last night , only to wake up to his seventh DUI charge. Police found Fred Andrews intoxicated and passed out in the drivers seat and discovered he had six previous convictions for driving under the influence.
