After the arrest, police executed a search warrant at the house where the chase started and ended.

On Nov. 24, 2012, authorities say Rowe drove into the car lot at Premier Auto Sales on South Arlington Street and fired shots at the building. The victim told police Rowe was upset for being fired the week prior and because the owner didn’t lie to his case worker about his employment. Officers signed additional charges of weapons under disability, trafficking in drugs, possession of heroin, possession of marijuana and possession of criminal tools.

Moore was charged with possession of marijuana and occupying a drug premise.
