Uniontown Police are looking for the burglars who broke into a Hartville jewelry shop around 3:30 Thursday morning.
Uniontown Police Captain David Brown tells AkronNewsNow " We had two gentlemen actually force entry into Hartville Coin And Jewelry. They stole a fairly large amount of jewelry, leaving in a red colored SUV."
Brown says the burglars used bricks to break windows to get in and then an axe to smash the display cases. Brown says the two are also suspects in three other jewelry store burglaries in Summit County and Mansfield. Brown says they have one person of interest in their investigation.
They're offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the burglar or burglars. Anyone with information is asked to call the Uniontown Police Department at 330-699-6444.
