The 25th ranked Kent State Golden Flashes football team will play for the MAC Championship.
The 10-1 Golden Flashes earned that right by winning the MAC Eastern Division by beating Bowling Green on Saturday.
There's still one more home game before the MAC title game. Kent State will play Ohio University on Friday, November 23rd.

The historic season for No. 25 Kent State (10-1) continues. The Golden Flashes have earned the right to play for their first Mid-American Confernece Championship in 40 years by clinching the East Division Championship with a 31-24 win over Bowling Green on Saturday afternoon.
Sophomore running back Dri Archer led Kent State with 241 rushing yards and two touchdowns as the Golden Flashes won their school record 10th game of the year.
Kent State will close out the regular season on Friday, Nov. 23 at home against Ohio.
