Medina Police Seek Counterfeiter

Police have issued an arrest warrant for a California woman wanted in connection with an investigation into counterfeit money circulating in the Medina area.     

WKYC Channel 3 News reports police are asking for the public's help in locating Brenda L. Duever, 36.

Duever is charged with forgery and police consider her a fugitive.

On Tuesday, police along with Secret Service served a search warrant at a location on N. Broadway Street seeking evidence of counterfeiting. The evidence will be given to the Secret Service lab for examination.
