A Cuyahoga Falls man has pleaded guilty to child pornography charges Monday.
The Cuyahoga Falls Patch reports 27-year old Timothy Cherveny pleaded guilty to charges of pandering sexually-oriented material involving a minor and illegal use of a minor in nudity oriented material according to the Falls News Press.
Cherveny entered his plea in Summit County Common Pleas Court . The news organization reports the remainder of the counts from his 2011 indictment were dismissed.
Falls Police arrested Cherveny in August of last year after obtaining a search warrant at his Maitland Avenue home.
During the time of his arrest, detectives seized several items from his home including computers and storage devices according to police.
