The ex-girlfriend of Denny Ross took the stand in his murder retrial today, and called sex with Ross "kinky".
NewsChannel 5 reports that Heather Hamrick testified to Judge Judy Hunter in Ross' trial that she had rough sex with Ross, and that he choked her during their encounters.
The television station reports that Hamrick testified that Ross "liked to choke her" and hold her down, but that she thought he loved her, and wouldn't try to kill her.
Ross' defense team tried to keep Hamrick from testifying.
The jury has not yet heard Hamrick's testimony, but could hear it later if Judge Hunter allows. If so, Hamrick will testify later this afternoon.
Ross is charged with murdering 18 year-old Hannah Hill in 1999, and investigators have claimed that Ross killed her during "rough sex" at his apartment.
