A teacher from Akron's North High School is in trouble for allegedly driving drunk and carrying a loaded gun while drinking.
The Repository reports that Theodore Rubin, 41, was pulled over Thursday night in the Belden Village area for a lane change violation. He has a concealed carry license, but troopers say he shouldn't have been carrying the loaded .380-caliber handgun while drinking.
Rubin posted bond to get out of jail Friday. He'll have to answer to the charges in Massillon Municipal Court.
