A suicidal Pennsylvania man accused of duct-taping and raping a teenage girl after promising her a babysitting job has been found in Ohio.

WKYC-Channel 3 News reports  Shenango Township police indicate federal marshals nabbed  52-year-old Todd Vocature Thursday when he checked into a mental health facility in Massillon. He's now being jailed in Akron while awaiting extradition to Pennsylvania.

Authorities in the Keystone State say Vocature allegedly drove the 15-year old girl to his home in August telling her he needed a sitter to watch his daughter. Instead, he took the girl into a bedroom, bound her with duct tape and sexually assaulted her.

Police also say he told the girl he wanted to have sex with her before ending his own life.
