Falls Police Stop CVNP Pot Grow Operation

Cuyahoga Falls Police have arrested a Cleveland man after a marijuana grow operation was found in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park.

NewsChannel 5 reports more than 20 pot plants and an irrigation system were discovered near Bath Road and Riverview Road according to Cuyahoga Falls Police.                          

David A. Weir, 50, was taken into custody by the Cuyahoga Falls narcotics unit and the National Park Service Tuesday

Weir faces charges for cultivation of marijuana, possession of marijuana and possession of criminal tools. He was taken to the Summit County Jail.
