Many are questioning the reasons behind the Copley Township shooter's motive but SACS Consulting and Investigative Services President Tim Dimoff believes most shooters come in with a plan.

"They go out in rage and stimulate the fact that the police have no choice but to shoot them in defense. In the end the get killed. It's a little phenomenon called suicide by police," says Dimoff.

Dimoff explains that citizens and residents need to move quickly because shootings can happen in an instant.

"The number one reason an active shooting stops, is the shooter runs out of ammunition. It's not that the police get there," says Dimoff.

Dimoff says there are 34 incidents with a gun per day in Ohio. He believes gun violence and aggression is continuing to increase each day.
