UPDATE Man Killed In Springfield Twp. Shooting

Detectives are investigating a homicide after a 55-year-old man was found shot to death in Springfield Township.

Police said James Z. Cody was found with multiple gunshot wounds in the 1500 block of Gregory Drive around 6 a.m. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Authorities arrested Cody's live-in girlfriend, 50-year-old Sharon L. Hall, and charged her with murder. She has been booked into the Summit County Jail. 

The shooting remains under investigation.
