Walmart Thefts Included Lists

Many area police departments have a presence on Facebook, but Brimfield Township's is often the most active and generated the most interaction with other Facebook users.  The latest posts are no exception, prompting dozens of comments and even more "likes."

It stems from what Chief David Oliver calls "an organized theft ring."  Four people have been arrested and cops have been sorting through nearly 200 items that the suspects allegedly stole from Walmart.

What makes it more interesting is that officers are able to match the stolen items  from lists of requested merchandise from friends of the alleged thieves.

Here's how Oliver spelled it out on Facebook:

“TG” would like: White T-shirts (XL), Black T-shirts (XL), Degree Deodorant, Old Spice Body Wash, some XL Boxers, Toys for a two year-old… and packs of black and white ankle socks…

“Budda” wants a lot of things- too much to tell you about…6 thongs, headphones and “toilet scrubber” is on the list though…

Alicia would like: Dresses, Socks, “cute” underwear, body wash, skirts, shirts, tank-tops, lotion and “KAKY” pants…

Someone else wanted “a couple packs of meat”, Fabreze candles and “stretchy black women’s tank tops.”

Under a name not written: Four Sets of twin, full and queen size sheets; towels; body wash; polo shirts; boxers and briefs; “XL wife beaters”; flip flops; a full and queen size comforter; “bras and panties”…and the list goes on (and on and on) to include water balloons, squirt guns, gift wrap and bags, “goody bags” razors, white ankle socks and more…
