A 5- year old boy was rushed to the hospital after a near-drowning at Eastwood Park.
Akron Police got the call around 3:09pm today for a possible drowning at the pool. Paramedics performed CPR on the boy before he was taken to the hospital.
Police say the child is still alive at this hour. Check back with AkronNewsNow.com for more information as soon as it becomes available.
