Police Find Pot Inside Akron Business

A father and his two sons are accused of running a marijauna grow operation out of an Akron area business.

The Beacon Journal reports narcotics officers found 200 marijuana plants at Emerson Grinding on Kelly Avenue Thursday.

Authorities also found 14 firearms and about $25,000 inside the machine shop.

Edward R. Emerson, 69, and his two sons, Edward John Emerson, 28 and Robert C. Emerson, 25, were charged with cultivating marijuana.

They are currently out on bond.
