UPDATE: The Missing Adult Alert for Robert Hoffman has been cancelled. Mr. Hoffman was located and is being transported to a local hospital.

A Missing Adult Alert has been issued for the following counties: Cuyahoga, Lorain, Medina, Summit, Portage, Geauga and Lake.

Be on the lookout for a missing adult Robert Hoffman from Beachwood, Ohio.

Information as of: June 16, 2012 1:12 P.M.

The missing adult’s name is Robert Hoffman an 87 years old white male. He is 5 feet 6 inches tall and he weighs 149 pounds. Mr. Hoffman has gray hair and gray eyes. He is wearing a veteran’s hat, yellow sweatshirt, beige khaki pants, and white tennis shoes.

Additional information: Mr. Hoffman suffers from dementia. He left his residence with no cash or identification and the vehicle only has a quarter tank of gas.

Mr. Hoffman may be driving a 2000 Beige Jaguar with license plate number EVX1926
