Motorcyclist Dragged, Killed In Jackson Twp. Crash

A motorcyclist was killed after he was dragged under a car following a crash in Jackson Township Wednesday night.

News Channel 5 reports the driver of the motorcycle was first involved in an accident with a car near the intersection of Huckleberry Street and Frank Avenue around 8 p.m.

A second car struck the man after he was thrown from his motorcycle into oncoming traffic on Frank Avenue.

Police say the man was dragged for nearly a third of a mile.

The victim's name has not been released and the crash remains under investigation.
