It's a bear of a search in Streetsboro this holiday weekend...for a bear, that is.

Streetsboro Police put out notice Saturday that there are reports of a bear sighted in the area of Delores Drive and Kensington Lane in that city.

Maps show that the area is northwest of the intersection of Frost Road and Ohio 43.

Streetsboro police have notified the Ohio Department of Natural Resources and the Portage County wildlife department.

They ask anyone who sees a bear, not to approach it ...and to stay inside.
