Akron Police and the Summit County Medical Examiners Office are investigating a traffic accident that claimed two lives late last night.

The accident took place at Waterloo Road and Bey Drive.

The names of the victims have not been released pending notification of relatives.

The accident took place shortly before 10 o'clock last night.
