Funeral arrangements for 10-year old Kayla Allen have been set for next week.
News Channel 5 reports the memorial service for Allen will take place at Grace Christian & Missionary Alliance Church in Middleburg Heights at 11 a.m Monday morning.
Family members say Kayla will be cremated.
She died on Tuesday surrounded by various family members at her aunt and uncle's home. Her death is a result of a shooting that took place inside a Cleveland-area restaurant in mid-April. She had been in hospice care since May 11.
Police say Kayla was shot when her father Kevin Allen, opened fire at the Cracker Barrel in Brooklyn April 12, killing his wife and her sister Kerri with a shotgun.
Kevin was shot and killed by police outside the restaurant.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for donations to be given to the Hospice of the Western Reserve in Cleveland.
