Woman Found In Norton Lake Identified MetroParks Serving Summit County

The woman who was found in a lake at Silver Creek Metro Park in Norton Tuesday has been identified.

The Summit County Medical Examiner's Office reports Kathleen Henline, 62, of Norton, died after she reportedly drove her car into the lake around 2:30 p.m. 

Multiple rescue teams were called to help with what they were hoping would be a rescue. 

Police are describing the woman's death as an accident.

An autopsy is scheduled for later today.

Authorities are still investigating the incident. P
