Drug Trafficking Investigation Nets Two Arrests

An undercover sting and a two-week drug trafficking investigation led to the arrests of two men Thursday.

The Portage County Drug Task Force and the Garrettsville Police Department were investigating trafficking of heroin and cocaine in the area.

(Left: Charles W. Stephenson; Right: Christopher L. Bly)Authorities say Christopher L. Bly, 33, of Garrettsville, was arrested after he was caught selling crack cocaine to an undercover agent.

Agents also arrested Charles W. Stephenson, 40, of Akron, for selling crack cocaine and oxycodone in Streetsboro and Kent.

Stephenson was caught with outstanding warrants while driving under a suspended license. He was charged with trafficking cocaine and oxycodone.
