Man Dies After Weekend Motorcycle Crash

A Goodyear Heights man involved in a motorcycle crash this past weekend has died.

54-year-old Martin McLain died around 6:30 a..m Tuesday morning at Summa Akron City Hospital just four days after his wife died while riding a motorcycle.

54-year-old Robin McLain, who was a passenger on the bike, died just before midnight Friday night.

The couple were traveling northbound on George Washington Boulevard near Triplett Boulevard around 9:30 p.m. last Friday night when police say McLain struck the curb and ejected both  he and his wife.
